It picks up people in Pikesville, Cromwell Bridge Park & Ride, and Mountain Rd Park and Ride (~Joppa) before hading to AC via 95, 295, and the AC expressway. The starting point is at the bus depot near BWI (near 170 176). Unlike the Greyhound bus, which departs from Russel Street next to the Harrah's Horseshoe casino and goes straight to AC, this bus goes around the Baltimore beltway, picking up people at several stops. If Harrah's Horseshoe would let me park in their lot and take the bus to AC I would be more inclined to try Greyhound (after it opens I will ask about this).Īnyway, this bus service goes daily, year round. I was thinking about taking Greyhound, and may still do that, but I have reservations about the 2 mile walk home alone after dark though bad neighborhoods that I would have to do. This company has 2 names since they merged at some point in the past (or one bought the other). This is a review of the bus ride from Baltimore using Hunt Valley Motor Coach / Gunthers
